Core product is molded by SMC Press and the skin is molded by polyurethane spray method.

The product is produced by putting SMC Core on the lower mold and Skin then via PU Forming in between.

Compared to TPM material of PSM method, it has excellent sensitivity product quality and is widely applied to high grade vehicle (Benz, BMW etc.).
